     Before submitting your concerns it's important to take all factors into consideration. If you live in an area with extreme humidity and are using our product in an area exposed to the outdoors or even simply not in an enclosed space, it is likely to get overwhelmed and not work appropriately. Our pouches are designed to assist in regulating humidity. If you're having major moisture issues, it's likely that our product along with other similar products aren't going to be your solution. If this is the case we suggest looking into more substantial ways of moisture control.

     Remember, Our pouches are designed for ENCLOSED spaces and not suggested to be used in a whole room or very large space. When used correctly, our pouches will help regulate humidity and prevent moisture related issues such as mold and mildew growth as well as stale, musty air. They should also require very little to no maintenance. If your pouch is getting over saturated frequently, we suggest increasing the amount of pouches used or looking for a more substantial means of moisture control such as a plug in dehumidifier.
